Appliques - a scary story

I took this one the last time I went to see my dentist for some work on a couple of teeth.
I am always so very nervous in these occasions: I hate pain, you see...
I had my camera in my backpack and to relax a bit I started looking if there was at least one photo I could take - it was an exercise to distract my mind from the fear of pain.
I took this photo of some lamps on the wall. Then I was called in the studio.
And the work began...
